2025 Annual Member and Board of Director Meetings

The 2025 Member meeting will be held August 14, 2025, in Whitefish, Montana. Members will receive official notice of the meeting by email with information about how to attend at least 90 days before the meeting. The Annual Board of Directors meeting with be held in conjunction with the Member meeting on the same date and in the same place.

Information for Policyholders of Colorado Bankers Life Insurance Company ("CBL") and Bankers Life Insurance Company ("BLIC")

On November 30, 2024, guaranty associations were activated to provide coverage to CBL and BLIC policyholders. Policyholders are encouraged to visit https://www.nolhga.com/globalbankers for more information.

Class A Assessment Schedule

The Association generally calls a Class A assessment every OTHER year in even numbered years. In the event a Class B assessment is necessary at a different time a Class A assessment may be called at the same time as a Class B assessment.

NOTICE TO MEMBERS - Member Contact Information

The Montana Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association sends notices and assessment invoices to Members only by email. It is members’ responsibility to keep the various state guaranty associations up to date on their email addresses for Association notices and assessment purposes.
